Installation and Maintenance of Hardware

Being the best at what we do is not always easy, but we make it easy for you. We want to make sure your install will be pain and hassle free. A technician will be dispatched to your location to complete the delivery and installation of your system which includes wiring and top-notch equipment. All equipment is under warranty for the full length of the contract. We also provide the option to buy the equipment outright.

on-site Training of your staff

After the installation of your hardware, one of our trainers will stay for 3 days and teach you and your staff our program. We are dedicated to you and your staff being knowledgeable and comfortable with the program. Our trainers will stay with you for your first sale. The trainer will send any changes that may need to be made back to the office so they can be done and back to you . This is our first step to establishing a long partnership with you and to help further your market.

Our Customer Service doesn't end when the office closes, we are available 24/7. There is a dedicated member of our staff on call after hours, on holidays and the weekends.
